What are the store hours?


Business Hours may vary with COVID, please check the home page or Facebook. We offer special hours and Sundays during the Christmas season and will post on our website, facebook & affilliate social medias. We are located in a very safe area and have free ample parking.




What are the directions to the store?


We are located at 93B Raffia Road in Enfield, CT 06082. Our store is in the Raffia Shopping Plaza next to Dunkin Donuts, not far from the JFK Middle School. The nearest cross streets are South Road and Post Office Road. Enter 93 RAFFIA ROAD, ENFIELD CT INTO YOUR NAVAGATION, MAPQUEST OR GPS.




What is the store return policy?


Our store does not offer returns, all sales are final as many vendors are on a consignment tier and are paid immediately. However; if you have a defective product and contact us immediately, we will work with customers for satisfaction or store credit. What payment methods do you take?


We accept "the Square"; MASTERCARD, VISA, AND CASH. DURING COVID19 PAYMENTS WILL ALL BE PREPAID ONLINE CREDIT CARDS ONLY.




How often do you have "sales"?


We mark our prices fairest to the customer and consigner and do not inflate to deflate. If there is any seasonal merchandise leftover, there will be a small markdown section in the store for any participating consigners.




How often do you post new arrival merchandise?


We get new items daily and post immediately on all sites.




Do you offer custom orders?


YES! That is our specialy and most of our items can be personalized with a small fee and quick turn around time. View our site under special orders for detailed information.




What is your compliance with COVID19?


Tulips regular store operations are temporarily closed until further notice to ensure safety for our customers and staff. HOWEVER WE DO PROVIDE NON-CONTACT FREE DELIVERY to Enfield, East Windsor, Ellington, Windsor Locks & Somers on orders over $50.00. DURING COVID19 ALL DELIVERIES ARE FREE WITH NO MINIMUM PURCHASE Our store facility, staff, drivers (& vehicles) take measures to promote sanatizing per CDC guidance. All orders need to be paid for in advance and we will provide "contactless delivery" with an advance phone call to schedule prompt and timely deliveries. [Store curbside also available upon request} We support staying home, social distancing and understand the need for some gift-giving exists to balance the confinement restrictions and are here to assist with our new convenient on-line store shopping.
